The Connection got its start in the early 1980s and its original logo was a nostalgic reminder. For a leading provider of call center services, it was time for a change. Our re-branding campaign needed to focus on the new ways we communicate: fast, flexible, and 24/7. Their brand now reflects their state-of-the-art technology and wide range of contact services.
